Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Facet Forward, an AI-guided job matching service provided by Artigas LLC (“Facet Forward,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Facet Forward helps users create career profiles and facets, answer guided questions, upload career-related information, and view job-match information. The service may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to interpret user-provided information and match it with job listings or related career information.

Facet Forward is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, employment agency, legal advisor, financial advisor, immigration advisor, or career-placement guarantee. We do not promise that any job listing is available, accurate, suitable, or that you will receive an interview, offer, salary, visa sponsorship, or other employment outcome.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use Facet Forward. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed.

3. Your content and uploaded data

You may upload or provide resumes, work history, preferences, answers, notes, and other career-related information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited right to host, process, analyze, transform, display, and use your User Content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use the User Content you provide, and that your User Content does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

4. AI-generated and match information

AI-generated summaries, recommendations, match scores, job interpretations, questions, and similar outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them. You should verify job listings, application instructions, employer information, salaries, work authorization requirements, and other important details directly with the employer or other authoritative source.

5. Subscriptions, trials, billing, and cancellation

Facet Forward may offer a free trial and paid subscription. Unless otherwise shown at checkout, the current plan is a 30-day free trial followed by 50 SEK per month. Billing is handled by Paddle, our billing provider and merchant of record. You authorize Paddle and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and other amounts shown at checkout.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing or account settings area. If you cancel during a trial, you will not be charged after the trial ends. If you cancel during a paid period, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already charged, except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
  • upload malicious code, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass access controls;
  • reverse engineer or misuse job data, match data, prompts, or system outputs;
  • interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service;
  • submit content that infringes another person’s rights or privacy.

7. Third-party services and links

The service may link to job boards, employer sites, payment portals, authentication providers, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party sites, listings, policies, charges, availability, or content.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that matches or outputs will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artigas LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or employment outcomes. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or 20 USD, whichever is greater.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require a different result.
