Refund Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how trials, subscriptions, cancellations, withdrawals, and refund requests work for Facet Forward. Facet Forward is provided by Artigas LLC. Purchases, payments, subscription billing, cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds are processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for Facet Forward transactions.

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refund eligibility and processing are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle as our merchant of record and authorized reseller, in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy.

1. Free trial

Facet Forward may offer a 30-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will renew at the price shown at checkout, currently 5 USD per month unless a different price is shown to you during checkout.

2. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that period ends. You can cancel through the “Manage subscription” or similar link in your Paddle confirmation email, through the billing or account settings area when available, or by contacting Paddle support.

If you cancel during a paid billing period, you will generally keep access until the end of that billing period unless Paddle, applicable law, or the billing portal states otherwise.

3. Refunds and withdrawals

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis, and Paddle will process refunds where you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right.

If you are a consumer in a country that grants a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, you may be entitled to withdraw from or cancel certain digital content or service purchases within the period required by local law. For example, Paddle’s Refund Policy describes a 14-day withdrawal period for eligible consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, subject to the conditions and exceptions in Paddle’s policy.

For digital content or services that are made available for immediate access, your statutory withdrawal right may not apply once you start downloading, streaming, using, or otherwise benefiting from the product, where you gave the required consent for access to begin before the end of the withdrawal period.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, withdraw from an eligible transaction, or ask about a Paddle charge, use the “View receipt,” “Manage subscription,” or support link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit Paddle’s buyer support site at paddle.net and select the refund option.

You may also contact us at [email protected] and we will help route your request, but Paddle is responsible for reviewing and processing refunds as merchant of record. Please include the email address used for your purchase, the charge date, and a short explanation of your request.

If a refund is approved, Paddle will usually process it back to the original payment method where possible. Your access to the relevant Facet Forward subscription or product may end when the refund is issued.

5. Technical issues or product defects

If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features or benefits described for Facet Forward, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Paddle support and provide details of the issue and our response.

6. No refunds for unused time unless required

Unless required by law or approved by Paddle, refunds or credits are not provided for unused time, unused matches, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction with match results, missed cancellations, employment outcomes, or similar circumstances.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a billing problem, we encourage you to contact Paddle or us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Paddle may suspend access to the relevant product while a chargeback or payment dispute is reviewed. This does not limit any lawful rights you may have to dispute a charge.

8. Tax refunds

If you are a business that was charged sales tax, VAT, GST, or a similar consumption tax and you believe you are tax-exempt or otherwise eligible for a tax refund, contact Paddle within the timeframe required by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and provide the requested tax registration or exemption information.

9. Account termination

If your account is suspended or terminated because you violated our Terms of Service, you may lose access to Facet Forward and may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law or approved by Paddle.
