This Privacy Notice explains how Artigas LLC (“Facet Forward,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use Facet Forward.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: email address, authentication details, age-confirmation information, subscription status, and account settings.
  • Career profile information: resumes, work history, education, skills, interests, job preferences, career goals, uploaded files, profile answers, and facet data.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, features used, actions taken, logs, device and browser information, approximate location derived from technical data, and diagnostic information.
  • Billing information: subscription status, plan, renewal dates, cancellation status, transaction identifiers, and limited billing metadata from Paddle. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send us, support requests, feedback, and related metadata.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage your account;
  • process uploads, profile answers, and career facets;
  • generate job matches, summaries, questions, and related career outputs;
  • provide subscriptions, trials, billing access, cancellation, and support;
  • secure, debug, maintain, and improve the service;
  • communicate service updates, account notices, and support responses;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. AI processing

Facet Forward may use AI systems and service providers to analyze your career information, interpret job listings, generate questions, summarize information, and calculate or explain matches. Do not upload information you do not want processed for these purposes. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on them.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, security, analytics, email, billing, customer support, and AI-processing providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

Billing is handled by Paddle, our billing provider and merchant of record. Paddle’s own privacy terms may apply to payment and checkout information you provide through Paddle.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, secure the service, understand usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect the service.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information unless we need to retain it for legal, security, billing, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

8. International users

Facet Forward may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. 10. Children

Facet Forward is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or permit children to create accounts.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last revised. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
